D & L Homes was founded in 2003 and provides quality homes for the rental market.

In the past few years D & L has expanded into the new build area of the business and built a pair of 2 bedroom houses on a re-developed builder’s yard in Porthcawl. D & L Homes now rent out 5 homes and intend to continuously add to their portfolio over the next few years.

We can provide a building and repair service for your buy to let portfolio We also have links with another business which manages our property, a well respected local rental Managing Agent, Harrison’s Residential of Porthcawl. We believe in providing a speedy efficient service for any repairs which become necessary to the properties and this gives confidence to our tenants in our duty to them as Landlords.
